When your customers add products to cart and head to checkout, they can select a method of payment for their order depending on what options you have enabled in the Payment Setup page in your Seller Back Office. There are different options available for you to set up:
- Pay on delivery
- Bank Account (Pay via Transfer)
- Online Payment/Card Payment i.e. Flutterwave and/or Paystack
You can enable all methods if you’d prefer but you must have at least one active payment method in order for customers to buy from you.
Enabling Payment on Delivery.
To enable pay on delivery as a payment option on your store’s checkout, login to your Back Office >> Settings >> Payment Setup >> Toggle the Pay on Delivery button. Be sure to save before you exit the page.
Enabling Payment Via Transfer
Please note that if you choose this option, then any payment made via transfer will be deposited in your Seller Wallet.
Enable the Pay via Transfer option on your store’s checkout, login to your Back Office >> Settings >> Payment Setup >> Toggle the Pay via Transfer button >> Setup Wallet. Be sure to save before you exit the page. You can read more on Setting up your Seller Wallet here.
Enabling Paystack and/or Flutterwave
If you have an account with either Paystack or Flutterwave or both, then it’s a few easy steps to integrating those accounts with your Seller Storefront. If you do not have accounts set up on these platforms and you would like to, you can head to their respective sites to do so here; Paystack Flutterwave
From your store’s Back Office. Click on Settings >> Payment Setup >> Toggle the Paystack and/or Flutterwave button (s) >> Add the respective API Keys. Be sure to save before you exit the page.
