Shipping is a crucial part of running an eCommerce business, before your first website order is placed, you must have at least one shipping method in place. At the moment, Seller provides two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Walk-In / Instore pick up, you can choose either or both.
Below are the steps you need to take in order to set up shipping/delivery from your Seller Back Office
- Select Shipping from the panel on the left side of your screen
- On the shipping page; toggle the button to Enable ‘Standard Shipping’
- Click ‘Standard Shipping’ on the right side of your dashboard.
- Click the ‘Add New Rate’ button.
- Select a State from the first drop down and Cities from the second drop-down and type in the rate in the third box.
- NB: You can group multiple cities under one state if they share the same shipping rate. However, for cities with varying shipping rates, click ‘Add New Rate’
- Repeat this for all states and cities you ship to.
- Make sure to save changes before you exit the page.
Once the locations and rates have been uploaded, the delivery options available will be displayed to customers at checkout. The delivery fee will be added to the amount payable.
